Wanted to thank all the staffs of IndiaOne Air , specially Megha Saha and her team at Kolkata airport for taking the extra pain to send my baggage next day to Coochbehar airport, as some restricted item was left in my luggage , and I hadn't enough time to take it out . 

On 15th August I travelled from Kolkata to Coochbehar and they send my baggage next day. She kept me informed about the security check and when the luggage is arriving. Even at CoochBehar airport staffs were also very helpful. 

Once again thank you Megha and IndiaOne Air.

I would like to write a note of appreciation for your ground staff, Ms Salma. She was very polite and helpful. I travelled on 7th of Aug (Kolkata to Jamshedpur). She escorted all the passengers till the aircraft and I was touched by her empathy for the wheelchair passenger on this flight.  Do keep up the good work.

It was an awesome experience traveling with IndiaOne Air. Very convenient travel starting from Boarding to Landing...moreover it saved a heck of my time approx. 12 hours.
