Mr. Arun Kumar Singh is the Chief Executive Officer & Accountable Manager at IndiaOne Air. He brings with him more than two decades of experience in managing all strategic, technical and commercial aspects of airlines involving both large and start-up companies. He is a strong leader who excels in the dynamic and challenging environment whilst remaining pragmatic and is focused on safety as the key objective. He has earned significant experience from various well-known companies such as Jet Airways, Kingfisher Airlines, Vectra UK Limited and has worked in India, UK, Sri Lanka and Cambodia prior to joining IndiaOne Air.

Wing Commander Prem Kumar Garg (Retd.)

With over 25 years of diverse experience, Wg Cdr Prem Garg (Retd), is a seasoned C- suite executive and aviation expert. His background includes senior management, commercial airline operations, and military leadership. He brings expertise in operations management, regulatory affairs, aviation instruction, flight safety inspection, accident investigation, CRM, and aerospace technology. Currently serving as CEO & Accountable Manager at IndiaOne Air, India’s scheduled commuter airline, he also holds the role of Aviation Advisor to the Odisha State Government, showcasing a profound understanding of airlines operations and management.

Partha Sarathi Datta

Director Engineering & Maintenance

Mr. Partha Sarathi Datta is the Director Engineering & Maintenance/Continuing Airworthiness Manager at IndiaOne Air. He is a qualified Aviation Professional with more than 15 years of experience in various capacities including DGCA approved CAM & QM. His skills include initial Engineering/CAMO set up of Non Scheduled as well as Scheduled Commuter Airline. His Key Areas of Expertise are Continuing Airworthiness Management, Aircraft Induction, Operationalization, Maintenance, CAR Compliances, effective implementation of AMP etc. He is IRCA approved Lead Auditor on ISO 9001:2015 standards. He has worked with Sky Airways, Ventura AirConnect, Velvet Air, AFC, Air Odisha and Air Deccan.

Capt. Sabarish SureshKumar

He has been a part of IndiaOne Air since its inception in June 2020. Started his aviation carrier in 2009. With 15 years of aviation experience sabarish brings with him broad experience in all aspects of aviation Safety, operations and quality. He has experience in operating single engine Trans Atlantic flights and flying in adverse weather conditions across the globe. He has more than two years of working experience as DGCA approved Chief of Flight Safety and SMS Manager. He is also captain with IndiaOne Air on caravan fleets. Previously worked with Air Deccan as pilot on their Beechcraft 1900 and with operation & safety departments. His vision is to enhance safety in IndiaOne Air and to provide our valuable costumers and employees a safe environment to work and fly.

Mr. Sambit Kumar Nayak

Director Engineering & Maintenance & Quality Assurance

Mr. Sambit Kumar Nayak is the Director, Quality Assurance and Head of Engineering at India One Air. He is credited with more than 19 years of expertise in different domain of Aviation industries. His key areas of expertise encompasses Aircraft maintenance, Quality control, Airworthiness Management in different state government and private sector hangars and having immaculate track record throughout his carrier as DGCA approved CAM (Continuing Airworthiness Manager), QM (Quality Manager). Apart from those he occupied and successfully discharged responsibilities as CI (Chief Instructor) at AME Training Institute. Besides that he acted as an independent consultant to various start-up companies in their Aircraft Maintenance, Airworthiness Management and AME Institute set-up. He is an accomplished expert in preparing DGCA compliance documentation. He added another feather in his cap by successfully completing Internal Auditors Training Programme on ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 9001:2015 standards. Some of the Organisations with which he worked are Aviation Research and Develop Centre, IMFA Aviation Division, Alpine Institute of Aeronautics, State Government Hangar MP, and Archana Airways.

Nikita Ahluwalia

GM – Commercial & HR

Ms. Nikita Ahluwalia is the GM – Commercial & HR at IndiaOne Air. She has worked with some international and national hotel brands such as Marriott International and Fortune Park Hotels Ltd. She is a Human Resource professional with a zeal to drive and help organizations succeed by leveraging the most suitable talent. A proactive leader in all facets of HR, known for taking initiative and skilled at meeting challenges and deadlines both individually and as a team member on all assignments. She is also skilled in Payroll Management, Policy & procedure making, Budgeting, Employee Engagement, Performance Appraisal, and Statutory Compliances.

Achaiah Kaliyanda Cariappa

Director of Training

Mr. Achaiah K. C. is the Director of Training at IndiaOne Air. Inducted as the company’s first Pilot in Command to fly the Cessna Caravan, Model 208B Ex. He started his aviation career in 2006, acquired his ATP License from India in the year 2020. A thorough professional with over 14 years of significant experience with companies such as Pacific Airways, Jet airways, Kingfisher airlines, Ventura Air connect Ltd and Spice Jet Ltd. He brings with him broad experience in areas of flight operations, flight training, commercial and cargo operations.

Manikandan

Chief Security Officer & Head of Airport Services

Mr. Manikandan is the CSO & Head of Airport Services at IndiaOne Air. He brings with him more than 12 years of rich experience and Knowledge in Avsec Operation and Airport services. His Aviation experience comes from major International and Domestic Airlines like Kingfisher, Spice jet, Aircosta, Mytri Aviation and Fits Aviation. He is a specialist in building up new Airlines and new stations in Avsec and Airport services Matter. He has a wide knowledge in preparing Avsec Manual; Ground handling Manuals, Quality control Program and Policies. Previous to IndiaOne Air, He has successfully Obtained BCAS, DGCA and AAI Approvals for his last two new start-up Airlines.

Head of HR & Admin

Apeksha Dave is an influential professional in the field of Administration and Human Resources with prior experience of working with Fortune Landmark Hotel, Shubh Aarogyam Pvt. Ltd. she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Her dynamic approach to HR management and her invaluable contributions continue to drive the company's excellence. Her professional background and experience will played a significant role in the company's development and success. She understands the critical importance of fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture. Her invaluable contributions have been instrumental in propelling companies toward excellence.

Mr. Udit Dixit

Manager – Corporate Affairs, Purchase & Logistics

Mr. Udit Dixit is the Manager Purchase & Logistics with an additional responsibility of Corporate affairs handling at IndiaOne Air. He has over 11 years of experience in the aviation & logistics industry comes from IndiGo Airlines, Relemac Logistics & Skye Air Mobility. His key areas of expertise are liaising with various Government Verticals, Technical / Non-technical Purchases, Logistics and General Administration and having a speckless track record throughout his career. He is a go getter and has a broad knowledge of handling Supply Chain Management of the organisation.
